ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the services, website, or materials provided by The Entrepreneur’s Edit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules that may apply to specific programs or services. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

NATURE OF SERVICES

The Entrepreneur’s Edit provides professional coaching, consulting, and educational services to support personal and business growth.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical, or legal advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions that result from participation in any coaching session, course, or event.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in services or make purchases. By engaging with our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

All fees for services, programs, or events must be paid in full prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds: Payments for coaching or consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or materials have been delivered.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are subject to a $150 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including but not limited to course content, handouts, worksheets, videos, and branding (logos, slogans, designs), are the intellectual property of The Entrepreneur’s Edit.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court order).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Entrepreneur’s Edit and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, materials, or website.
 By using our services, you acknowledge that results vary and depend on your own effort and implementation.

SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services at the discretion of The Entrepreneur’s Edit.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate, unethical, or disruptive behavior, or fails to comply with these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

UPDATES TO TERMS

The Entrepreneur’s Edit reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
